Flamingo Beach: where you can swim with pretty pink flamingos
Do you want to swim with pretty pink flamingos? The island of Aruba is the right place for you!
It is located north of the Venezuela, in the beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea. A paradise island with many dream beaches, including the beloved Flamingo Beach, so named for the presence of delicious flamingos. Flamingo Beach is located on a private artificial island, called Renaissance Island, which is part of the luxurious all inclusive Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino. The island is open every day of the week, from 7 a.m to 7 p.m and can be easily reached by a motorboat.
The peculiarity of this beach, as previoulsy mentioned, is the possibility of swimming and bathing together with pretty pink flamingos. They approach humans without any fear, driven above all by a constant search for food. Unfortunately, due to the possible intrusiveness and apparent aggressiveness of these animals, the access to the beach has been forbidden for children.
How much does the access to Flamingo Beach cost?
The guests of the Renaissance Hotel have free access to the beach, with the exception of external tourists who have to pay a sum of 180 florins (about 85 euros) to access it, through a pass that can be purchased online. The entrance also includes round-trip transfer, sun loungers and umbrella, and lunch with a fresh cocktail.
Flamingo Beach is truly a unique beach in the world, one of the very few that allows you to have direct contact with these cute pink animals. It is a beach to visit for sure at least once in a lifetime!
