How can I check the stats of my order?

When your package is ready, it will be sent and you'll receive a confirmation email that will help you track the shipping. Make sure to check the link in the email to follow any news about your shipping status or possible delays and problems of the courier in finding your address.

How can I modify or cancel an order?

At the moment orders on www.nohea.it can't be modified. Though you can cancel your order in the 15 minutes following the order confirmation email.

I didn't receive my order, what can I do?

We suggest you to verify if you received the confirmation email containing information about partial shipping where you were informed that one of the items you ordered was out of stock. In this case, you'll only be charged of the items that are actually going to be shipped to you. For each order paid via credit card or via PayPal, updates about changes of status depend on your bank timings. If you didn't receive any communications, please contact Customer Service who will help you solve your problems.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

When concluding an order, insrt your discount code in the tab saying "Discount Code". You will only be allowed to use one discount code per order.
