How can I return goods?
It is possible to return any product in the 15 days after the delivery to receive a refund for said article.
Returned items must be in perfect conditions, tags and and packaging included. Each returned item will be inspected.
You'll need to insert your bill and your order reference (print it and put it in the box).
The goods are your responsibility until it gets to our warehouse. Make sure your goods are perfectly packaged in order to avoid damage to the goods or the original packaging.
