One of the most iconic places of Liguria, famous worldwide, is Portofino, a seaside village located around a bay, framed by colourful houses leaning against the marina. Here the sea reflects the typical colours of the Ligurian houses, the sky, the vegetation, and hosts yachts of all kinds.

Walking through the village, among the boutiques of the big brands, there's Cracco Portofino, a restaurant recovered from an abandoned place to give a new life through the signature of a great chef. That is the project of Carlo Cracco for the new opening in the seaside village, inaugurated on 3 July 2021. The environment and the suggestive view have a crucial role, also with the kitchen, the first without meat. Fish and vegetables dominate the scene: the menu is based on the catch of the day, but also on vegetables and herbs.

Portofino, but in particular Liguria, remains a region very dear to the chef, a model and source of inspiration for his cuisine but not only. The choice of interior design perfectly reflects the external environment: light tones and materials in harmony with the sea, can create a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy an excellent dinner, an aperitif, or an after dinner. All in perfect harmony, between sea, sun, and characteristic colours. A place not to be missed!
